BREAKING NEWS: Congress Formally Approves Joe Biden's Election As America's Next President

Congress has formally approved Joe Biden’s presidential election win after pro-Trump rioters violently stormed Capitol Hill in a bid to stop the process. 

He will be sworn in as the US president on January 20. 

Vice President Mike Pence formally declared Mr Biden as the next president on Thursday morning, just hours after being evacuated from the Capitol amid violent clashes.

Joseph R Biden, of the state of Delaware received for President of the US, 306 votes. Donald J Trump of the state of Florida has received 232.’
