'I feel like a f***ing loser', Kim Kardashian Finally Breaks Down Over Divorce With Kanye

 Kim Kardashian appears in turmoil in a sneak peek of the upcoming final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The clip, which dropped on Monday, opens with a look back at some of the important family moments that have been documented by E! cameras for 19 seasons.

And it also teases some upcoming drama, as fans get a glimpse into Kim Kardashian's battle to save her six-year marriage to Kanye West.

'I feel like a f***ing loser,' the KKW Beauty mogul tearfully tells family members as she is overcome with emotion.

Little more is shown apart from Kim seemingly surrounded by her closest family members, her wedding ring still on her left hand.

In the room with Kim is Kendall, 25, who is also tearful as she listens to her older sister pour her heart out. 

Earlier this year it was reported that Kim, 40, would discuss the end of her marriage on her E! show and that Kanye was 'less than thrilled' that details would be broadcast.

Kim and Kanye - who share North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, two, and Psalm, 19 months, together - had been in marriage counselling before Kim filed for divorce last month.

Elsewhere in the clip, Kendall reveals her dream to start a family.

The 25-year-old runway model is seen picking up a baby, seemingly Malika Haaq's son Ace, as she confesses, 'I want kids badly, soon too.'

Khloe Kardashian, 36, and and on-again boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 29, continue to discuss having another child and appear to be considering using a surrogate. 

'You're trusting a surrogate with your unborn child... and it's just scary.' Khloe tells Tristan, who she shares two-year-old daughter True with.

In another scene Scott Disick challenges Tristan on the couple's status.

'You're talking about having another child together... but you don't wanna say you're official?' he asks the NBA player.

'I'm not all, like, secret.' Tristan replies.

In another part of the preview Scott says 'I'm thinking about proposing' as the longtime will-they-won't-they question arises concerning whether he and ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian will end up together.

The scene cuts to momager Kris Jenner sitting with Kourtney and asking her, 'Could you see yourself marrying Scott?'.

Scott is then seen professing his love for the 41-year-old Poosh founder as they sit on a patio together. 

The former couple share three children together; Mason, 11, Penelope, eight and Reign, six. However, Scott, 37, is now known to be dating Amelia Hamlin, 19. 

Meanwhile, Kris has her own dilemma as she makes a difficult decision regarding ex-husband Caitlyn Jenner as her daughters rally around her.

'Got a call from Caitlyn, but I just don't know, am I gonna wanna go down this road?' 

The final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians premieres Thursday, March 18 at 8pm ET/PT on E!.
